These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of goods through our platform.

3.1. Description: We sell thermal massage beds and related accessories. Product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from actual items.

4.1. All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

4.2. Shipping fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout and are not included in the product price.

4.4. Payment must be completed in full at the time of checkout.

5.1. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order details.

5.2. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide options for a refund or alternative product.

6.1. We ship within the EU. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

7.1. Right of withdrawal: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item, as per EU consumer law.

7.3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

7.4. Exceptions: Customized products or items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

8.1. All thermal massage beds come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as required by EU law, for private customers. We offer a 1 year warranty for business customers.

8.2. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

8.3. To claim warranty service, contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

9.1. So Sublime Massage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

9.2. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
